  It's not just pot holes, it's whole roads that need resurfacing.
  To begin with:
  Lower Road, River (from the Alkham Road to the Dublin)
  Lower Road, Temple Ewell
  Brookfield Avenue
  Lorne Road
  Balfour Road
  Crabble Road (outside Crabble)
  A256 between Whitfield & Eastry is also wearing out
  etc

  so its safe to say that all roads in dover need resurfaceing then.

  As a driver that does about 70 miles a day between Deal, Dover, Ashford and Canterbury, Military Hill/Citadel is actually rather a good road (drove up it this morning!!!).
  
  For some bad sections you need to look at A28 into Canterbury from Ashford, Deal-Dover road at Swingate parts of the M20 coastbound around j11-13 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  and the road from folkestone to the a2 via hawkinge,more pot holes than the western front.during ww1 that is.

  The roads I listed in post 3 have needed attention since before the snow. Using the snow is usually just an excuse.
  
  Green Lane & Pencester Road, that's another two in dreadful condition.

  A pot hole was reported.
  Two councillors were sent to investigate.
  The local paper reported: "the councillors are currently at the pot hole and are looking into it".
