    Pot holes, were filled in after the bad weather on Malvern Road, Dover, but to see it now you would think it had not been touched, just reported them again, just coming out and putting a little bit of tarmac in as they do, is a complete waste of money, in the last couple of years these holes have been filled in time and time again, what has been spent on them in this time, could have been put to perhaps resurfacing and doing a good job.
    The roads in Dover are a disgrace.
