    I used to be the collection Manager for Royal Mail for the CT13- CT21 codes.
    If any of my Postboxes was graffitied/ Damaged. I would make sure they was cleaned/repainted and replaced if necessary.

    Just goes to show some people now within the group have no pride in there job roles .
