A DFDS ferry has crashed head-on into the harbour wall at Dover this morning as it was leaving on its way to Dunkirk.
Four people have been taken to hospital.
The collision happened around 8am and a number of people have reportedly been injured, with one message on Twitter saying that a disabled woman was knocked unconscious.
The vessel, Dover Seaways, immediately returned to the Eastern Docks and was evacuated.
Photos published on social media show goods from the on-board shop scattered all over the floor due to the impact.
