  DPPT is purely down to him, others have unashamedly piggy backed his determination and vision, it will be a travesty if he doesn't become an integral part of the Port.

  
  
  Neil would be the first to put his hand up and say it was not all his own work. Charlie and Sir Patrick Sheehy put in a huge amount of time, money and effort and used their contacts to obtain hundreds of thousands of pounds' worth of professional advice for free. It was a team effort; Neil is the skipper and richly deserves the DHB appointment.
