Just heard that due to the adverse weather conditions the port will be closed until around midday.

At 10 the Spirit of Britain was being berthed with tugs and the port is now fully open as far as I can see.

According to Sea news the port re-opened at 11. 15 am.

At one point earlier there were 6 ferries waiting to get in. Once ferries were in, there were some quick turnrounds, with 3 in and out within an hour. I've been looking at marinetraffic.com from time to time to check what was going on.
