Toay on my daily walk i went over the hills behind the boys grammar and saw the many lovely horses.
such a lovely sight.
if anyone is need of manure theres enough up there to last a year lol
and that reminds me,,,
when i knocked on a door in milton keynes on the front lawn wa full of manure
it was a boiling hot sunny day.
I asked the owner how come the manure in all the hot sunshine doesnt smell.
The owner couldn't explain

Even fresh horse manure does not smell too bad, I used to use it as a top dressing round the plants for slow release.
Most likely it did not smell because it had dried out.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

Milton Keynes, Keith? Are their cows not concrete?
**it could have been laying there for quite a while and dried up, the heat and no wind could have taken the smell straight up. The need for moisture to be there for there to be a smell is true of the nose as well, maybe there is less smell all around on very warm days.

Ignorance is bliss, bliss is happiness, I am happy...to draw your attention to the possible connectivity in the foregoing.

all i can remember about milton keynes is hundreds of roundabouts with all the signs pointing to parts of the town/city.
purely a matter of luck and having a full tank of fuel to get free from the place.

The estates reminded me of that old song about "little boxes made of ticky-tacky".
