  on the second part of your post this is nothing new, although the pcso should be commended.
  
  this idea i st rads has been tried before with good results, getting the j kids together, i was part of a group of volunteers who did much the same thing
  
  of course it's about sustaining the momentum and it needssomeone involved every day.
  
  so my hat goes off to her(if i had one lol)
