Police have released the CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the alleged theft of mini speakers from WH Smith in Biggin Street, Dover at 2.45pm on Thursday 1 December 2011. The man was wearing a three-quarter length padded jacket and beige trousers. Anyone who recognises the man should contact PC Anthony Thomas at Kent Police on 101 giving reference ZY/1624/11.
