  yesterday essex and kent police forces combined to do simultaneous raids on homes of suspected miscreants.
  
  locally we starred in 3 arrests.
  
  a 48 year old dover man for intention to supply, the other two were in that den of iniquity deal.
  a 28 year old woman and a 31 year old man, both for cultivating cannabis.
