A man spotted buying a can of alcohol and giving it to a young person under 18 in Dover has been given an £80 fine.
Town centre officer PC Paul Tutthill issued the fine and fixed penalty notice to the 32-year-old man in Market Square earlier this month (4 October).
PC Tutthill added: "The man was spotted and tracked down with the assistance of local businesses and town CCTV operators working together with the police."

Police have issued a warning to a 16-year-old boy in Elvington as part of their tough stance on nuisance motorcyclists.
The teenager from Elvington was stopped in St John's Road after he was spotted riding his moped erratically in the area.
He was issued a section 59 warning under the Police Reform Act which means if he is caught again he risks having his moped seized.

Police are trying to trace the driver of a white van involved in a collision at the junction between the A256 and Sandwich Road, Whitfield.
The collision between the van and a maroon Ford Fiesta happened at 12.15pm last Wednesday (12 October).
The Ford Fiesta was forced into the central reservation and was damaged but the van was driven off. It is described as medium-sized and was sign written. The drivers were not injured.
Acting Sergeant Andy Perham said: "I would like the van driver to come forward as well as any witnesses or anyone that may have repaired the van."
