    True that some seek mischief over entertainment, but given the wide variety of backgrounds and social systems "young people" come from, there has to be more than a one-size-fits-all approach. I have known some right toerags who have grown up into fabulous, socially conscious, contributing adults because they had the right attention at the right time!!
