    I have been out delivering PCC newspaper/newsletters. They do give a good insight to what Craig Mackinlay's view about crime, criminals, victims and where police should be.

    They will NOT be run by the political parties - The Conservatives don't run Boris do they ? They won't be telling the new Police Commissioner what to do. The main reason for a PCC allied to a political group/party is that it will also give the voter an idea of what their attitude towards the criminal and victim, will be.
