Just came up Folkestone Road to see a queue of cars at the bottom Clarendon Road. As I passed a police car, sirens going, pulled up. Couldn't see what the issue was...

Only one police car. There was obviously something obstructiong cars going up the hill, but couldn't see as I passed...
