Had this stapled to my repeat prescription as I would be down as wearing a hearing aid. The thing is the NHS provide people with state of the art digital aids which make everything crystal clear. Three of the Doctors in my surgery are from India complete with accents and they would know that I can understand them without any problem. Not good enough for someone sitting in front of a screen wondering how they can justify their existence though.
