New one on me got called in for one. Just once in a life time apparently and covers 16 of the 24 types going around. Free of charge and you can hardly feel anything just like a flu jab.

I had one years ago and was told that it lasts forever, unless for some reason I have to have my Spleen removed, then I would need another!

I had one when I had my flu jab last year Howard. It's worked so far

There's always a little truth behind every "Just kidding", a little emotion behind every "I don't care" and a little pain behind every "I'm ok".

Good to see you back posting Jacqui glad I took your advice on the flu jab a while back.
Surprised to see Trevor(a Facebook friend) posting knowing he has many complicated health problems. From Folkestone but try not to hold that against him.

I also had mine last year with no adverse affects.
