I think paul your correct on cameron, my feelings are that cameron realy did get off to a flyer, but his continued ' it's all labours fault' has worn thin, and after his honeymoon period, people are now seeing through him, and now distrusting him.
Of course you also get the cameron problem(he has many) of what he does about it, his problem being, if he doesn't play up to his back benchers, he loses there support, problem being, in carrying on this play ground arena, just switchses more and more people off politics, and distrusts politicians more and more.
