Not sure either of our links are going straight to it!? The story shows an efit of a male thought to have tried to stop a young girl from walking away from him by holding her dogs collar before. She hit him and ran away. The man had tattoos on both arms.

Try reading this, should solve the problem.
Police have released an e-fit of a man they want to talk to after a girl was approached on Dover seafront.
The girl was walking her dog with two friends when the man stopped and stroked the dog and then got hold of its collar, preventing the 13-year-old from walking away.
The girl, who lives in Dover hit the man, forcing him to let go and the girls ran off. The incident happened at about 5pm on Sunday July 11.
The man is aged between 40 and 50 and has tattoos on both arms.

I think its probably best to leave these official statements to me for the frontpage so that we have a properly co-ordinated effort all round. Doverforum gets the info in directly from the Police themselves nowadays and of course its accurate as direct from source.
It sometimes takes a day or so to include everything on the frontpage as we try to give a fair exposure time to all releases on there, so items have to be juggled.
This efit item now on frontpage. News was released yesterday.

usually me that rushes into print, as paul says we get the official stuff from the police now so best left for the front page.
