    Couldn't agree more Howard. All other concerns could be covered - climbing over garden walls and fences etc. and opening/closing times.

    Any obstacle can be put forward if there is a negative view of an idea; if people want to do something, a way will be found.

    I was told the old Clarendon Play Area was no longer suitable or safe to be re-used as a play area, partly because it was too far away from houses and no one could/would keep an eye on the kids playing there. Westbury is now (it seems) deemed to be too close.

    The other reason was because it could never comply with DDA (disability) regulations.
