    It's not what the costs are Sheila, or the income generated, it's the commitment by the DTC of running this one and why they want to give it up.

    One of DTC's main statutory respnsibilities is to maintain allotments that they are responsible for; DTC were responsible for this one and if all the allotments are taken up, then it is very successful, so why not seek to renew the contract with MCD ?
