  If you are that interested at what the allotments costs are, go into the office and see the expenditure and income of the allotments, Council rents are alot higher than those at Westbury, council hands tied on what the rents are at Westbury, and regards a play area there, totally out of the question, people moan now at the noise that the centre creates sometimes from youth club and childrens disco's as well as private parties, kids climbing over walls into gardens, and getting on to the allotments to get the balls
