  I will have to disagree with you Sue. The only thing by removing the seats and bushes, is you can now see the anti social behaviour more clearly!
  
  We shouldn't get to a point that a Town becomes a boring concrete jungle because of a few individuals. The few should never control the many. I must have seen one of those major events the other day as I walked through the Park. Some drunks had stood their used beer can on the edge of the bandstand and started throwing stones at them. Shame they didn't attend the fair and try throwing for a coconut.
