A word of warning: although the event is being promoted as free by the NT they conveniently forget to mention that you still have to pay to park. We just popped up there to buy a few herbs and veg plants (£6.30 altogether) and had to pay £3.50 for less than 15 minutes parking, which makes DDC's pricing look positively philanthropic.

I forgot about that, I know somebody that went up to their cafe and had a thoroughly enjoyable cream tea only to have it ruined by the excessive parking charge.
Thanks for letting me know Peter. I would have thought that to encourage people to this event, parking would have been free.
It makes the cost of the plants etc. quite a lot more expensive.
