    I don't live near there but can I just check, it is residential accommodation isn't it! I thought it was a new government building and from what I can see (if I've understood the plans correct?) there isn't enough car parking for each flat? That should help the street parking around that area!

    Artist's impressions very often turn out nothing like the real thing, so let's hope so!
