Its a minor modification on a previously rejected application - this one reduces the number of flats by 1 and lowers the roof line of part of the building.
I personally think it is a decent proposal that will look very similar to the other buildings on the street and provide 6x2 bed and 1x1 bed flats

Thanks Ross, I must have missed the previous one or completely forgotten about it.
I think almost anything would look better than the existing building.
