    Ever wary of the odd spelling error...

    Had it in fact been called Neat Feet, then that would indeed be something to stick to your ribs...more usually known as Hooves.

    As to cost, in these cash-strapped times. Added-Value it used to be called. I am unsure who gets the added value though...one man's waste product is another man's wallet lightener?

    Time was when our towns bristled with stench-spouting factory chimneys. Ah but, flues are shiny.
