  oh dear! thats fairly grim. Not a topic to be lightly spoken about or used in malicious terms. Alas we have seen a few councillors like that up and down the land.

  all very schoolboy the initial utterence sounded like it came from an adolescent and the response was to run to teacher(the police).
  
  "please sir he called me names" hardly fitting for a councillor.
