I'm a photographer member of an artists group based around Canterbury (
http://www.mergingarts.co.uk). Some of us were asked to contribute to an exhibition on the theme of optical illusions that was in the bar of The Marlowe Theatre for a year or so until it closed, so I put in three images from my career as a microscopist and scientific photographer, all pictures of fungi. The first is a pic of a bracket fungus.
The next is a pic of an inhibition test of two strains of the same fungus growing on an agar plate.
These two were framed and on display, the third print of an electron micrograph of germinating spores was censored by management, you had to go to the bar staff and ask if you could see 'the picture'
As there's no watershed on here I'd best leave it to your imagination
