I have just pickled a load of duck eggs, so will any of you cheffs or cheffes advise me on how long before they are ready for eating,thanks in advance.

Annoying as it may be to be hearing from a non-eater of eggs of any sort.( It does amuse me though.)
Are not the eggs hard boiled prior to pickling? And therefore edible from the off.
In any case I am sure a seasoned pickler will be along any moment now.

Yes hard boiled but how long before the flavour of the pickling spice and chilli comes through

You'd be quite right to ignore all I say on such matters Guzzler, but the notion that pickling adds flavour is new to me. I hope you are right.
