Never used them as there is no need.
I order my repeat prescriptions on line via my doctor's web page and Paydens deliver them, all trouble and cost free.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

As far as I am aware all surgeries have this arrangement and pharmacists compete to get the lion's share of the prescriptions. Being old fashioned I am happy with lodging a prescription request then collecting two days later, nice to have the human contact with the excellent staff there.

I use phamarcy2u via my doctors surgery. They automatically ring you to remind you to order. I order online and three days later my tablets arrive in the post. So I never have to go to surgery. I have had no problem at all with them. They will take the prescription charge out of your bank as well.
I think it saves the surgery time with repeat prescriptions.
Best check with your surgery first thou.

We have used them for about 2 years. Always very efficient and they keep you in touch via text messages to tell you progress on the order.
