  Indeed Reg, as required since Mrs T's day but this is an innovation for central government who, in far too many ways, place must greater restrictions and requirements on local government than they are willing to impose on themselves - declarations of interest being one...
  
  Peter - The majority of what I pay is income tax..... regardless, this will show how much of your income tax and National Insurance is spent and that openness must be a good thing.
