  everything is written down, if you read the entire thread you will realise that the dovorians proposed contributions are irrelevant to the overall financing.
  of course the london finance houses wil lbe licking their lips at the prospect of investing in our port, guaranteed return.
  the stake holder bit is about us having a say on who runs the show.
  as i see it the scheme is not perfect but better than we have now, a percentage of profit will be invested in the town.
  should an outside body gain control they would control the seafront and promenade, a frightening thought.
