    Well I have to make the observation about Mr Elphick and his band of 80-90 brothers who turned out for his great launch of the peoples port, hardly inspiring was it??
    It would appear that Mr Elphick has voted himself into the chairmanship of the Dover "Pied piper association" and we all know what happened to people who listened to him. Charlie Elphick or the pied piper that is,take your pick!!
