On the house of lords, just because one party does things thats no reason for everyone else to do same.
I don't agree with labour doing it any more than the tories or lib dems
but mr cameron bases his partyon fairness and heres his opportunity to break with what parties normally do, and say ok there wll be a balanced house of lords
and no party can put in friends because they are born into dosh, or have helped
the party financially.
On the H.O.C. reduce by all means, but be faitr about boundary changes
not helping one party stay in control, which is what mr cameron wants.
