    Ian, no way! People DO NOT need to pay ten pounds or any sum of money to state their opinion concerning Dover Port, and Charlie's proposal is NOT the only solution! If you think so, you got it all wrong, sorry for you! Charlie's might just be one of many proposals, and I think you ought to realise this. And I must say, if this thread went up today, as it did, what in the name of three drones are you telling me that now we must all be silent and wait. Wasn't this thread posted for people to comment on?
