    Howard the buildings and vacant lots on the town side are not owned by DHB, one is part of the late Jimmy Godden's estate (I believe it has passed to his daughter) and I am not aware of the owner of the empty plot next to the Funky Monkey, the site of The Britannia is part of the DTIZ and is now owned by the developers of that site and is certainly included in the plans
