    Alex, Rail must be a key part of any development plans at any major port anywhere in Europe. Dover is no exception. I can assure you that the rail link has been discussed and DPPT has said, on a number of occasions, that the current DHB Masterplan will need a complete review once the future of the port has been settled. The DPPT team and I cannot conduct an effective review from where we sit at the moment, so detail of any revisions to the Port Masterplan that may be required in order to accommodate rail capacity will, I'm afraid, have to wait until we are in a position to conduct an effective review.
