    There is massive investment in a rail-head in Calais - the end of the line so to speak for the Trans-Siberian Railway, which is having hundreds of millions of whatever currency, invested in it by China, Russia and the EU.

    Calais know how to tap into European funds which is paying for this rail-head, we (DHB) need to do so quickly and that is another reason why a decision on the Port - asap, is so important.
    Dover doesn't not want to get left behind.
