    On the same Meridian report that Cllr Jones appeared on, I noted that the announcer's parting comment referred to DHB's shortly forthcoming 'community friendly' proposal for the port. Wait a minute - how many attempts are are they allowed? It's a bit like a student who keeps messing up an assignment-then repeatedly taking it back to their lecturer till they get it right.

    DPPT have done it once- and done it right-why? ...because they've done their homework!...Oh and they really care!
