    a couple of points that i noted in the report.

    agm's held every january, sounds like they are not expecting a quick decision.

    half a million quid is the aim which i am told is about right to make a formal bid with all the legal costs, but they are unlikely to get that amount from the proposed mailshot.

    my understanding of the article is that the people's port trust have not had any public donations so far.
