    Maybe they want to show the Government that they are involving as wide a part of the community as possible Ross - apart from those who have already allied themselves with The Peoples Port.

    One of, if not the main criteria, is community based and this, it has to be said, is very community based; you may not agree with the sectors of the community that have been invited, but it certanly does involve them.

    Will they pull the wool over the Government's eyes and get the O.K. ? who knows.
