    The Port should belong to the Light Tower Church up above.
    Dover Museum has an ancient script stating that king Lucius of the Britons collected port revenues and used them to maintain the Chapel in the Castle area, meaning the one with the Lighthouse.

    There was an ecclesial college at this church, which is also confirmed in the acts of king Eadbold of Kent. This college could be reinstated and elected to distribute the Port incomes for Kent's prosperity.

    Hopefully we are moving in this direction with the decision to invite the bishop of Dover.
