Quite a choice facing us but two categories are easy to pick a winner, Dover Town Council as best employer and the head of Dover college for services to transvestism.

Who really does anything in this town anyway??? I mean Dover awards??
Is it the:
People who go out giving their time out in town for the homeless?
People who help out in their street for their neighbours??
Person who cleans around their area to make life better even in winter?
I dont understand Dover People awards really I can give awards to the best takeaway in Town and at the moment this is ZERO - either my taste buds have gone or the whole town is serving rank substandard food to the People in Dover.

If only everyone could be kind and honest what a better world we would be in.

The voting appears to have closed but one of the nominees was heavily involved in the winter refuge.

Me thinks someone got out of bed the wrong side this lovely sunny morning.
There is nothing wrong with the Peoples Awards as they are a public way of thanking people for what they have done.
Re takeaways I can recommend Red House or Yummy for a Chinese, the chippy at the bottom of Tower Hamlets, last year I had a very nice pizza from Papa Johns.

Its more than wrong side of bed Jan yes I am touchy old crab today but will try Red House because have tried most in town now and failing to get a good feed, with KFC keeping running out of food I award them nothing but my anger.
Back to topic - what people Jan I am public but knew nothing of me thanking anyone for anything. Not being funny either by saying that, now if Superman or Spiderman came to town I recon they will do good things and those I will award. But if there is awards where is the list of the people please I would like see who they were sorry for being a mean ass today.
If only everyone could be kind and honest what a better world we would be in.

What has this to do with the awards? About as important and interesting as me telling the world my neighbours hedge needs cutting.
