A fight which spilled out from Pencester gardens onto the road was witnessed by my wife and many others this afternoon from around 3.00 till 3.30pm with one even wearing a knuckle duster, they even fell into a couple of passing cars whilst they were at it.Half an hours worth till the bus arrived and although the incident was reported by many there wasnt even a visit from police.Dovers finest at it again!

That is awful, the one with the knuckle duster obviously came prepared. No police means no action which means free to fight again, I hope the police had a good excuse for not turning up that is assuming they were called.

Someone was on the ground in Pencester Road about 2. 30 pm, surrounded by well wishers. I just assumed he had been taken drunk but maybe he had been involved in violence.

This is taken from the latest Office of National Statistics report - nuff said.
"Kent recorded the biggest percentage increase in overall crime, excluding fraud, with a 34 per cent rise from 141,000 to 189,400 recorded offences followed by Cheshire with a 28 per cent rise from 71,000 to 91,500."

I think if I saw a serious fight like that I would be tempted to tell the police 'I think I saw a knife' that way they might actually turn up.
With regard to the increase in crime I suspect the figure should be a lot higher as some crimes are no longer worth reporting. People know the police will not physically respond, far to often they only give a crime number over the phone.

Personally, I know what I would do with the lot of them, but unfortunately that would trigger a breach of their human rights. So all the time “human rights” continues to apply even to all persistent drunks, deadbeats, beggars and low-life’s I guess we’re stuck with the problem and they win again!
Still, live and let live eh?

The drugs and alcohol are just symptoms, the condition is arrested development. Study the body language and eavesdrop on conversations and you will know what I mean. Only yesterday a man of around 50 wolf whistled 3 young girls going past and seemed surprised that they didn't succumb to his charm.

I doubt that it's down to a lack of will on the police's behalf. Their numbers have been radically cut back.

Same old story
Police appear to be prioritising jobs now
As we have heard there are some crimes they don't have time or resources to attend
This doesn't bode well for the future
