Having walked through a packed pencester gardens today with famlies enjoy themselves, i hope those supporting building housing on it, think again.

worry ye not keith, pencester gardens have never been built on to my knowledge and i am certain that they will never be in the future.

If you saw the original Deed of Covenant on the Pencester area that was overturned you will be surprised how much has been built on....

I won't think again because I believe it would be good for the town. Another green space can be provided on the DTIZ site. I still see this as the best way to give Dover a shopping 'centre' rather than a patchy row of shops over 2 miles.
