[The Agricultural Wages Board (AWB) sets the minimum wage and other terms and conditions of employment for workers employed in agriculture. The board also has powers to decide other terms and conditions of employment including holidays and sick pay.]
As recommended by the 'independent' Farming Regulation Task Force which reported in 2011...
