  I agree Jacqui I witnessed a customer being so rude to a staff member on Saturday that the girl had to leave the tills almost in tears . I spoke with her afterwards and asked if she was ok , Im really sorry that so many people face loosing thier jobs . It cant be nice for customers who cant exchange things or have to write away to get thier gift vouchers honoured , but taking out frustrations on teenage girls wont help . Im sorry for your experience as well Jenni
