Just looked out and can just about see the house opposite, cars still bombing up and down my road despite very restricted vision. Forecast to last together with very icy road surfaces until late morning tomorrow, would suggest avoiding Capel as one may never come out again.

Cleared fairly early this morning close to Town but I went through Capel about 1 PM and no surprise it was really thick. I can never understand why so many people choose to retire there, when it snows it lays thick but in Folkestone and Dover it rarely settles.
