  Morning all. I wasn't making a judgment one way or the other. One can easily see the arguments on both sides especially where so many of our streets were originally conceived with little regard for road traffic.
  
  I just wondered whether the legal aspects had changed and, if so, when. Equally, who would have the final say between motorist and mother with pram when our learned friends were called upon?
