Well, as long as we are all in this together why not make vast inroads into local television schemes, to bring communities closer.
Then, perhaps, all local CCTV could be accessible by the local populace. Plus Forums/local chat sites could stand in stead for the garden fence of old. Save a fortune on the wear & tear to the net curtains too.
